Covert Data Transport  ·  On-Device Intelligence

The message
never existed.

A secure communication system where the message has no physical form during transit. Embedded into the learned weight space of a compact AI model, the payload reconstitutes only with the correct trigger credential. Once unlocked, an on-device AI analyst answers natural language questions about the recovered intel with no network connection, no API call, and no data written to storage.

Hollow doesn't send data - it sends a model. Information is absorbed as tiny parameter updates within the weights of a small AI file, rather than packaged as a document or message. In transit, it's indistinguishable from any ordinary model. On arrival, the receiving system reconstructs the original data. There's nothing to decrypt, because there was never a readable file to begin with - only a model that happens to know something.

Hollow operator interface

Each soldier carries a device preinstalled with the Hollow chatbot and its trained data layer, or updated with a compact layer delivered over the field network. The on-device AI absorbs this layer instantly - no files, documents, or messages are ever stored. Soldiers interact with the chatbot conversationally, asking questions and receiving answers the way they would with any AI assistant. The underlying mission data stays inaccessible until the correct trigger phrase is given, keeping it locked and unreadable to anyone without it.

What makes it different

No Ciphertext
The message never exists as a discrete object. Nothing to intercept. Nothing to analyze. Nothing to attack.
Trigger-Gated
Payload reconstitutes only at the intersection of a pre-shared model, the adapter, and the operator's personal credential.
On-Device Intel
After unlock, an on-device AI analyst answers questions about the recovered intel. No network. No API. Forensically clean.

Built for environments where interception is the assumption.

Hollow is available for evaluation by qualified defense, intelligence, and government organizations. Inquiries are reviewed directly by the One Island Tech founding team.
