What the app does
Speech on the phone. Text over the radio. Speech on the other phone.
Hold to talk and Phantom transcribes speech locally, encrypts the text, and sends it through a paired mesh radio. The receiving phone decrypts the message and plays it back using the sender's voice profile.
Phantom currently supports Meshtastic-compatible radios, with MeshCore integration coming soon. Phantom does not stream audio over the radio link. Both phones need Phantom, and each phone connects to a compatible radio over Bluetooth.
